How long does delivery take?
Most MODA Britain orders are delivered within 2–4 working days.
Some items may require a longer delivery window of 10–20 working days. Where this applies, it will be clearly shown at the point of purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £6.99 across mainland UK.
Orders over £300 qualify for complimentary delivery.
For certain extended and non-mainland locations, additional delivery charges may apply. These are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we deliver across the UK.
Additional delivery charges may apply for some locations, including:
- Scottish Highlands
- Northern Ireland
- Offshore islands
- selected UK postcodes outside standard delivery zones
The final delivery cost will always be clearly shown at checkout before your order is confirmed.
Will my order arrive in one delivery?
Some orders may arrive in more than one delivery.
As MODA Britain works with a carefully selected UK distribution network, larger orders or orders containing multiple items may be dispatched from different locations.
Where tracking is available, this will be provided once your order has shipped.
Are products delivered assembled?
Some items may arrive fully assembled, while others may require light assembly.
Where available, product-specific assembly information will be shown on the product page. If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact us before ordering.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- unused
- unassembled
- unmodified
- in its original condition
- returned in its original packaging

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by MODA Britain.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photographs of the product
- photographs of any damaged packaging, where applicable
Please keep all original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
Once reviewed, we may arrange a replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Can I return made-to-order or bespoke items?
Some MODA products may be made to order, bespoke or specially commissioned.
Unless faulty or damaged, these products cannot usually be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun.
Where a product is made to order, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Are natural variations considered faults?
Many MODA products feature natural materials such as solid wood, stone, marble, leather and hand-finished surfaces.
Natural variations in colour, grain, texture, pattern and finish are part of the character of these materials and should not be considered defects.
Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from product photography.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
Please note that banking providers may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
